Ethical Recruitment

WIN/WIN/WIN Model

Recruitment is a necessary evil, one we have all fallen foul of either as an employer or future employee; what if there was a different way.

A way that is a Win for the Employer, a Win for the Veteran and a Win for Veteran's Charities

Welcome to Ethical recruitment from Elite Forces

Veterans Berehevment Support Service

Veterans Bereavement Support is a community-based organisation providing free advice and information for all those who have served in the Armed Forces and Merchant Navy over the years.

We also support the Emergency Services Family

We also provide ongoing bereavement care for families and friends of those who have served and who struggle with the passing of someone special. We are run by a small team of dedicated volunteers who give their time, skills, and talents for the benefit of others. No one here is paid - everyone volunteers their time, skills and talents to help others. We have been acknowledged for our services and have worked with many veterans and their families over the past three years.   Our services are provided free of charge

Corporate Covenant

image32

The covenant sets out the relationship between the nation, the government and our Armed Forces. It recognises that the whole nation has a moral obligation to members of the Armed Forces and their families, and it establishes how they should expect to be treated. This is obviously something we believe in passionately.

The principles are that:

  • The Armed Forces community should not face disadvantage compared to other citizens in the provision of public and commercial services
  • Special consideration is appropriate in some cases, especially for those who have given most, such as the injured and the bereaved

The corporate covenant is a public pledge from businesses and other organisations who wish to demonstrate their support for the Armed Forces community. Businesses are asked to pledge their support for the two key principles of the covenant and to select from a range of other commitments they may feel able to make.
